Kurt obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Providence College with a concentration in finance. Kurt also held Series 7 and 63 certifications while working as a Personal Financial Advisor, prior to joining AMC.
Ultimately in late 1992, Kurt joined his family business and worked in every capacity of AMC’s manufacturing processes until his father passing in 2001. Following Walter’s passing, Kurt began overseeing product development and the financial management of AMC’s daily activities while continuing to manage and build customer relationships.
Kurt lives in Lincoln, RI with his wife Rosanne and their three children Katie, Molly and Kaden and spends his spare time supporting the kids athletic endeavors and running and biking with Rosanne.
VP / General Manager
David Machado is the Vice President and General Manager. He began his employment at AMC as a machinist apprentice in 1976. Providing quality and precision products to all customers has always been one of his guiding principles. David has helped to guide the company for over forty years through many changes in the business world.
Outside of work, David spends time mentoring young men through a program called Royal Rangers as the District Director of Southern New England. He also enjoys spending time with his family and many grandchildren.
